Great location next to Torre del Galgario, super convenient! 😍 the staff here is friendly and really goes the extra mile. the room is big and cozy with central heating, TV, and even a microwave.

The rooms were new-fashioned and spotless, were equipped with TV, very stylish furniture and a private bathroom. The personnel was outstandingly accommodating and gentle. This accommodation was in the very central location in the square.

The room was neat and new-fashioned, it had a fridge, tea and coffee making equipment, and a dining area. The staff was OUTSTANDINGLY ACCOMMODATING and gentle, offered great services. They solved problem at my request.

The apartment had a lot of space and natural light. It was also conveniently located close to supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood was charming and had plenty of interesting local amenities.

The apartment can be quite noisy, especially in the early morning. The sound of the church bells became quite annoying and disrupted our sleep.

During my recent stay at Donizetti Royal, I had a small issue with the check-in process. The office where we were supposed to collect the keys closed earlier than expected. However, the host was incredibly responsive and came to our rescue, even biking over to give us the keys personally. He apologized for the misunderstanding and made sure everything was resolved perfectly. It truly showed how much he cared about his guests' satisfaction.
